Invoices
are sent by email, but can be sent by fax, or postal mail upon request.
They are due immediately and can be paid online by
credit card.
Unpaid accounts are subject to website suspension.
Hosting and domain
renewals are
billed 10 to 20 days before expiration date and must be paid before expiration date to keep the website active.
Updates/maintenance fees
are billed as they are completed and are due immediately.
Web site development
services require a 50%
advance payment at the start of the project. The
balance is due when the website is placed on the server.
Website suspension
- Unless other
arrangements are made, clients with 30 days past due invoices will have
their website suspended. The website will be reactivated once payment,
plus a $50 fee for restoring the account is received. Such termination or
suspension will not relieve account holder of responsibility for any
unpaid invoices.
Account deletion
- Accounts 45 days past due will be deleted from the server. Once deleted
the website cannot be restored.
