If many changes are needed each month, such as updating multiple
pages of text, changing photos, and adding pages, what is the cost?
We charge for the actual time that it takes to make the changes.
Our current rate is $80 per hour, billed in 10-minute increments after the
first half hour. A detailed time sheet is provided with each invoice.
Is there a minimum update fee?
Yes. To encourage clients to combine minor updates into one
request there is a half-hour minimum fee.
I need to add a page to my website. What is the cost for this?
The cost will depend on the complexity of the page and number of
images.
Do you have special rates for rush service?
Normal office hours are M-F, 9am to 5pm. We add a 50% surcharge
to our normal rate if the work must be done outside those hours.
